Fervor Bay Return Policy 

We offer a 100% guarantee on the Duke & Dexter collection. If you would like to make an exchange or initiate a return, please contact us at support@fervorbay.com and we will take care of you. Our return window is 14-days, returns received after the 14-day time frame are accepted at the discretion of Fervor Bay.

 Returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less additional expenses incurred through delivery. 

Please note, the shoes must be in a new and unworn condition with packaging intact.  We are currently unable to offer refunds for custom-ordered shoes, as they are handcrafted to specification.

Do you carry shoes in any sizes larger than 12.5?

Absolutely – we provide shoes in several sizes not currently listed. Please email us at Support@FervorBay.com and we will assist you with your order.

 

How will my shoes be packaged?

Your shoes will arrive in a package including a special-edition Duke & Dexter box with woven protection bags encasing each shoe.

 

How do I know my shoes are genuine?

We are the official retailer of Duke & Dexter for North America. Any Duke & Dexter shoes purchased online from North American companies other than Fervor Bay are not guaranteed to be genuine. How can I change my order once it’s been placed? 

If you change your mind after your original order placement, please email us at Support@FervorBay.com highlighting the change required. We will do our best to amend your order before dispatch. Please note that if your order is tailored, then we cannot make changes.

 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes - we ship worldwide via courier; However, these deliveries can take a few extra days. If you're unsure as to how long your order will take to arrive, please email our customer services team at Support@FervorBay.com

 

Can I request a totally bespoke pair of shoes with my own motif?

If you would like a distinctive pair of D&D shoes with your own motif, colors or monogram, then please email us at Support@FervorBay.com and we will provide you with a quote.
